We believe that the key to making good food comes from sourcing the best organic ingredients whenever possible. Additionally, we make it a point to serve locally sourced, seasonal goods from artisanal producers.
We make everything we can in-house.
Our team of Savory Chefs, Jenny and Danielle work daily to prepare our freshly made soups, salads, sandwiches, sauces, and dinner specials.
All of our baked goods are made daily by our Head Pastry Chef, Tom Purtill, and his Assistant Baker, Harlow. Even our jams, granola, and the syrups for our sodas are made in our kitchen.
“The show” is orchestrated by our amazing General Manager, Kara Hammond, and our hardworking Assistant Manager, Jenny Levi.
